How do I place an order??
LIVE sales will happen once a week on Monday nights at 8:30pm EST.
Wall drop sales and items will occur randomly during the week. Keep those group notifications ON!!
After the sale, or wall drop, the items will be loaded onto the website to shop at your convenience. www.sunsetsandsouls.com
Items claimed/placed in your cart will expire after 16 hours if not paid for and will go to the next customer in line.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is $4 for the first item, and $1 for each additional, up to $8
Shipping is free for a purchase of $100 or more.
Can I pick up my order?
Local babes are more than welcome to come pick up their itmes.

Please only come if you receive a notification that your items are ready for pick up, and only during the days/times posted/announced for the week.

How do I pay?
You may pay using any major credit card, Paypal. or through Sezzle.
What is Sezzle?
Sezzle is a buy now, ship now, pay later system. It is free to use, and will charge you 1/4 of the total at checkout, and then charge your card of choice in 3 additional installments, charged every 2 weeks. You are able to pay it off early, or change your payment dates. However, pushing your payment dates out later will result in a fee.
What is the return policy?
Returns made within 7 days or item receipt are eligible for refund or exchange/credit.
Items must be in unworn, brand new condition, with tags still attached.
From 8-30 days, returns are accepted for exchange/credit only.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.
Orders paid for using Sezzle are only eligible for boutique credit when returning.

What does it mean if I'm on the Waitlist?
The waitlist puts you in an ordered line for items, should they become available. This can happen either from another customer removing it from their cart, or from me restocking the item. Please only leave items in your cart you are prepared to buy/pay for when and if they become available.
